Our process for professional candidates:
- Please complete an application form.
- Submit your application and wait for our Hiring Specialist to contact you within the next 48 hours to schedule a phone interview. For your convenience, you may indicate a preferred date & time that you want to be contacted.
- After a successful telephone interview and we determine that we can find clients needing your services, a job offer will be made, based on the completion of:
- Reference Checks: 2 professional & 1 personal (someone who knows you well but is NOT a family member)
- Verification of Previous Employment
- Review of State Licensure & Certifications
- Submission of Employment Contract & Other required forms
- Acknowledgement of Policies & Procedures
- Skills Checklist (as needed or required by the client)
- A second interview (Video or personal interview) to review all of the above
A conditional offer of employment based on:
- Successful Criminal Background Check
- Passing Pre-employment Physical Exam and/or other tests (as needed or required by the client)
Submission of W4 & I9 and other government required forms
